We are seeking a proactive Office Support Administrator to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be a pivotal support figure in our daily office activities, ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the firm. As the Office Support Administrator, you will provide relief reception and, administrative support as required.
The role:
Reporting to the HR Manager the Office Support Administrator will provide temporary receptionist support working alongside our current Corporate Receptionist. You will be required to be the first point of contact on the telephone and with visitors to the firm. You will also assist in undertaking administrative & facilities support across the firm.
To succeed in the role :
You must have HSC or relevant tertiary qualifications, Previous experience in a corporate environment (ideally professional services) will be an advantage. MS Office and general computer skills.
At times you will be required to be the ‘face’ of Pitcher Partners acting as relief receptionist and as such you should be welcoming, personable, helpful and be able to represent the firm in a professional and friendly manner. In addition, it is essential that you are highly organised, able to multi-task, work flexibly and have a ‘can do’, ‘will do’ attitude.
