When you join Pitcher Partners, you’re joining a team with heart. We support each other. We learn together. We’re deliberate about fostering relationships that nurture and empower every individual.
And we’re excited by what’s possible. We know some of the best new ideas come in the form of curious, talented people we haven’t met yet. Perhaps you’re one of them.
About the role
As a Graduate at Pitcher Partners, you’ll work closely within a collaborative team of accountants while gaining exposure across the firm through both professional and social connections.
During your first year, you will be supported through a structured graduate experience, including a Mentoring Principal, Manager and Buddy, ensuring you feel confident, supported, and genuinely embedded in our firm culture.
You’ll work alongside Principals and Team members who are experts in their fields. Being part of one of our highly skilled teams means you’ll be challenged, supported, and encouraged to grow, both technically and professionally.
You’ll also have access to ongoing training and development, the national graduate conference, and support to complete the Chartered Accountant (CA) Program.
What you’ll be doing day to day
- Supporting Principals and Managers with real client work from the outset
- Preparing financial statements, tax returns and working papers
- Learning how to communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
- Attending meetings and developing your commercial and advisory skills
- Building strong technical foundations while developing professional judgement
This role offers exposure to a diverse client base and meaningful work, not just ticking boxes.
