Ryan has had a global career, spanning the UK, Bermuda, Singapore, and Australia, which brings a cross-border lens to his engagements. This is particularly valuable to companies with an international presence or those looking to expand overseas.
Prior to joining Pitcher Partners, Ryan led strategy and network development for Baker Tilly International. Earlier in his career, he worked with Grant Thornton providing strategy, transaction, and advisory services, including establishing and running their advisory services office in Bermuda.
Coaching and mentoring professionals to identify and achieve their goals is another large focus of Ryan’s work which he finds immensely rewarding. He was a mentor in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants’ Accelerator Program, Singapore, and has completed Harvard Business School’s leading professional services and organisational leadership programme.
