Eleanor has worked with high wealth and ultra-high wealth family groups for more than 20 years. With a strong focus on family offices both domestically and internationally, Eleanor specialises in providing advice around estate planning, family governance and family administration. She also provides accounting and tax advice for family groups and trusts.
Starting her career specialising in international tax for high-wealth family groups, Eleanor then progressed to establishing a single-family office in Australia. Further expanding her experience, she then established a multi-family office in Singapore and Hong Kong. Upon her return to Australia, Eleanor re-joined the Pitcher Partners Family Office team in 2018.
Eleanor recognises that significant growth of new wealth creation in Australia has predicated the need for successful families to consider their wealth in a different way. She is passionate about ensuring that her client’s family wealth is protected, nurtured and, at the right time, effectively transitioned to the next generation.
When she’s working with families, Eleanor encourages them to consider their long-term objectives and the transition and control of generational wealth as a family’s structure evolves. Eleanor’s clients value her calm and approachable manner, as well as her ability to address individual family needs.
Committed to building long-term working relationships, some of Eleanor’s client engagements span over 15 years. Her availability and solution-oriented approach means that her relationships with families often extend into the next generation.
Eleanor joined Pitcher Partners as a Manager in the Tax team in 2014. After a period of international experience, she returned to Pitcher Partners 2019.
