Chris has more than 14 years of diverse experience in the financial services industry, specialising in both buy-side and sell-side transactions, covering mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial due diligence, and business restructuring. He is focused on providing personalised advice to business owners during what can often be a very significant, stressful moment in their lives. His commitment to understanding his client’s objectives through open and clear communication drives commercial outcomes on expedited timelines.
A multi-skilled professional, he is passionate about servicing the middle market, assisting SMEs and their various stakeholders in identifying opportunities, addressing challenges through production of insightful analysis, and finding practical and cost-effective solutions in their circumstances.

Chris commenced with Pitcher Partners in 2008 as a graduate. Following four years’ experience in Perth’s business recovery and corporate advisory practice, Chris moved to Canada, joining the transaction advisory services team at a Big Four accounting firm in Vancouver. A subsequent move to London saw Chris gain further experience in a business partnering role with a large multinational fast moving consumer goods business. Following his return to Perth in 2018, Chris re-joined the Pitcher Partners deal advisory team as a Director and has focused on driving the growth in Perth’s M&A practice. He was appointed Executive Director in 2023.
