Due
to our growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant
to join the tax team.
Key
Accountabilities
- Open,
sort and distribute mail to team including organising couriers when required. - Maintain
filing systems both electronically and paper based. - Collate
documents electronically ready for client review. - Complete
lodgements via the ATO portal and other lodgement programs as required. - Verbal
and written correspondence with ATO organising lodgement deferrals – any other
matters. - Maintain
lodgement lists ensuring managers remain informed on any upcoming deadlines. - Month
end billing, including raising invoices, write offs and distributing invoices
to clients. - Manage
incoming and outgoing telephone calls for the team, screening calls and
handling requests. - Organising
the back-end process of weekly training for 20-40 people
