Due
to our growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant
to join the tax team.

Key
Accountabilities

• Open,
  sort and distribute mail to team including organising couriers when required.
• Maintain
  filing systems both electronically and paper based.
• Collate
  documents electronically ready for client review.
• Complete
  lodgements via the ATO portal and other lodgement programs as required.
• Verbal
  and written correspondence with ATO organising lodgement deferrals – any other
  matters.
• Maintain
  lodgement lists ensuring managers remain informed on any upcoming deadlines.
• Month
  end billing, including raising invoices, write offs and distributing invoices
  to clients.
• Manage
  incoming and outgoing telephone calls for the team, screening calls and
  handling requests.
• Organising
  the back-end process of weekly training for 20-40 people
