SMSF Administrator

About us:
Pitcher Partners Sydney is a Professional Chartered Accounting firm located in the heart of the CBD. Due to on-going growth we currently have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and driven SMSF Admin Assistant to join the team.

The Role:
As a result of growth in our specialist SMSF compliance division we are looking for someone to join our team. The role would involve regular SMSF administration support, and other SMSF-based projects.

Your core duties will include:

  • Assistance with the preparation of SMSF documentation
  • Assisting the SMSF team with the annual and quarterly compliance requirements
  • Liaison with various teams within the firm, external providers and the ATO
  • Management and communication of the status of key tasks/projects
  • Organise and retrieve documents from filing systems
  • Special projects as required, primarily related to SMSF

  
  Essential Experience:

  • Previous SMSF administration experience supporting a team would be desirable but not essential 
  • 2 years’ + experience in a similar role 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise urgent tasks.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently. 
  • Resilient and able to maintain composure when under pressure. 
  • Strong organisation skills. 
  • Desirable Experience: Knowledge of BGL Simple Fund 360 Software
