Meet your team

Our team, consisting of around 35 employees, provides outsource finance and administrative services to a wide range of clients in varying industries, including: infrastructure and asset management, retail, finance and technology. While acting as the outsource finance provider, we are exposed to all aspects of our client’s businesses, allowing us to gain valuable insight. Being so close to our clients allows us to provide the right advice, leveraging off other teams within the firm when required.

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate and ambitious Senior Analyst or Assistant Manager to join us on this exciting journey. You will work closely with other members of the team whilst also establishing a close working relationship with your clients. These relationships will be a foundation for you to develop your business acumen and problem-solving skills.

About the role

The responsibilities of the role include managing your own client engagements, reviewing and at times preparing standard month end procedures, ad hoc project work like financial modelling, and managing junior staff members. The culture within our firm is one based on care and trust and we expect all team members to display these values.

If you are passionate about finance and business, and want a career that will provide you with opportunity to learn and hone your accounting skills and business acumen whilst also gaining exposure to project work, this could be the role for you.

  • Preparation and review of key balance sheet and profit & loss reconciliations;
  • Preparation of 3-way financial budgets, reforecasts and cash flow forecasts;
  • Attendance to information requests and ad hoc queries – as we provide a full service offering there are a lot of ad hoc requests that come through;
  • Providing support to junior staff to assist in their development and ensuring client outcomes are delivered on time
