About the role
As a People & Culture Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of People & Performance and the broader People & Culture function. You’ll coordinate and administer core HR activities, support the employee lifecycle, and help implement initiatives that foster a high-performance, growth-oriented culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Preparing and updating HR documentation, contracts, and policies
- Supporting compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
- Coordinating recruitment administration, including advertising, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and reference checks
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes for a seamless employee experience
- Coordinating logistics for learning and development activities
- Assisting with administration of personal development plans and training records
- Providing administrative support for performance review cycles
- Assisting with engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms
- Supporting delivery of culture and wellbeing initiatives, including event planning and communications
- Acting as a first point of contact for general HR queries
- Assisting with reports, presentations, and HR metrics
- Supporting internal communications related to people and culture initiatives
About you
You’re a motivated professional with a passion for people, strong communication skills, and a drive to make a meaningful impact. You thrive in collaborative environments and are ready to grow with a firm that values integrity, initiative, and innovation.
Along with a relevant degree (or currently studying) you:
- Have strong attention to detail, with an appreciation of the importance of accuracy & quality control
- Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaborate as part of a team
- Are adaptable and embrace change and new ideas comfortably
