Your new role
As part of the leading Corporate Finance team in Melbourne’s middle market, you will provide independent and expert advice so that our clients can maximise their business potential and ensure positive outcomes from their transactions.
In this leadership role, you will service your clients with effective M&A advice on both buy-side engagements (lead advisory and due diligence) and sell side mandates.
You will mentor and manage a small team, collaborate across the firm and play an integral role in growing our service offering by identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.
Some examples of our recent work include:
- Sell side advisor for Australian Skin Clinics in its $52m sale to Silk Laser
- Due Diligence advisor to Maggie Beer Holdings on its acquisition of Hampers Emporium for $55m
- M&A and Due Diligence advisor to Airmaster on their fire maintenance acquisitions

A natural relationship builder, you demonstrate a strong client focus and have significant experience advising on a broad range of M&A matters across a range of industries.
