Food & Beverage Attendant

Your new role

Sitting within our Practice Management Group, the Client Service team is key in facilitating the efficient and seamless delivery of all client meetings, presentations and events. We are currently looking to grow our team with an experienced, well spoken and polished food and beverage attendant.  Your ability to work collaboratively to deliver a high level of service consistent with the Pitcher Partners brand and core values is imperative.

You will work closely with the Client Services Manager and the team to deliver exceptional experiences to all internal and external stakeholders. In a prompt, professional and judicious manner you will coordinate and deliver a premium dining and beverage experience throughout our event spaces, and café.

Your key responsibilities will include;

  • Creating a warm and welcoming environment
  • Responding to queries in a prompt and professional manner
  • Delivery of food & beverage service to our client floor, event spaces and training rooms in a prompt and judicious manner
  • Day to day setup and pack down of conference rooms and events spaces
  • Support of our internal cafe with your food handling and barista skills
  • Maintain and order stock
  • Maintain the back of house areas including kitchens and storerooms in a clean and organised manner
  • Provide operational administration support as required

What you bring

You are a certified barista and hold certificates in both food handling and responsible service of alcohol with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the food service industry.

With proven organisational skills, you can build relationships within a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks, delivering with a smile!

You are competent in the use of Microsoft Suite: Word (Advanced), Excel and Teams.

You have a positive attitude and take pride in delivering a high level of service. As such, a strong sense of teamwork and exceptional communication skills is required, along with the availability to work flexible hours as required.
