Due to on-going growth we currently have a vacancy for a enthusiastic and driven Data analyst/Developer to join our practice management group. You will become an integral part of our team, driving our
data analysis and reporting to new heights. In this dynamic role, you will
partner with stakeholders across the practice to craft and sustain data-driven
solutions utilizing Excel, PowerBI, and PowerApps. Your skills will be crucial
in refining processes, enhancing decision-making, and delivering actionable
insights.
Key
Responsibilities:

Create
and manage data models, dashboards, and reports using Excel, PowerBI, and
PowerApps.
·
Collaborate
with key stakeholders to gather data requirements and provide analytical
support.
·
Analyse
business challenges and contribute to the development and implementation of
effective solutions.
·
Automate
data collection, transformation, and visualization to boost efficiency.
·
Ensure
data accuracy and integrity through regular data quality checks.
·
Provide
training and support to stakeholders on reporting, dashboards, and data
analysis.
·
Stay
abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis and
development.
Who we are after:
·
Demonstrated
experience in a similar role for 2+ years, preferably within an accounting or
financial setting.
·
Tertiary
qualifications in a relevant field.
·
Strong
proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and PowerApps.
·
Exceptional
analytical and problem-solving abilities.
·
Ability
to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively.
·
Meticulous
attention to detail and a dedication to data accuracy.
·
Capability
to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
·
Excellent
time management skills and a proven track record of meeting deadlines in a
results-driven environment.
