Client Services Associate
Pitcher Partners Brisbane is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our Wealth Management division. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career with a leading independent investment advisory practice.
About the Role
As a Client Service Associate, you’ll work closely with our Client Service Manager, Operations Manager, and Advisers, supporting the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. You’ll be responsible for maintaining client records to the highest standard, assisting with portfolio administration, and ensuring seamless client onboarding and engagement.
This role offers genuine clear development pathway structured for the individual, with opportunities to progress to Associate Advisor, Financial Advisor, Director, and Partner, or to assist you being the best Client Service Associate you can be or anything in between.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding and offboarding clients
- Preparing meeting materials for Adviser-client meetings
- Maintaining up-to-date client information in XPLAN
- Managing and following up on all client correspondence and documentation
- Assisting in the establishment of new client structures
- Maintaining AML/CTF data in XPLAN
- Arranging deposit of funds and reconciling client portfolios
- Keeping clients informed on transactions and documentation updates
- Supporting the Client Service Manager with FDS agreements and annual tax projects
- Handling administrative queries from clients and accountants
Who we’re after
This position is best suited for individuals who have completed a Business, Finance, Commerce or Financial Planning qualification, or those who have a keen interest in pursuing a career in Wealth Management.
To be successful in this role your qualities, skills, knowledge and tasks will include:
- Ability and confidence to interact with staff of all levels including Partners
- Demonstrated honesty and integrity when managing client information
- Team oriented with an ability to foster effective working relationship within the team
- Exceptional organisational abilities evidenced through managing high volume workflow
- Commitment to efficient administration/process improvement
- Monitor email queues and assign to team members
- Assistance with client communication management and service
Technical skills/experience desired but not compulsory, include:
- Microsoft office
- Previous experience in MYOB Advanced , Xplan highly regarded.
