We currently have a vacancy for a dynamic and
results-driven Business/ Practice Manager to support the firm. Reporting
through to the Managing Director you will be responsible for supporting the
operational & financial reporting efficiencies of the practice.
The Role
Key responsibilities include overseeing the implementation
of financial business plans, operational processes, measuring success
and the provision of key financial and commercial performance analysis.
You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to forge
partnerships and collaboration to ensure operational reporting goals are met
and align with the wider firm strategy.
Ideally you will have a strong operations management focus
with experience in executing or advising on operational best practice. You will
be a fast, clear and independent thinker who is naturally curious about how
things work, is metrics and number savvy, has an analytical mindset and
demonstrated leadership ability. You have a strong ability to manage multiple
competing priorities, dive deep, ensure accuracy, think critically, and have a
strong sense of ownership. You are passionate about your work, self-motivated,
detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving abilities.
Sound commercial acumen, supported with the ability to
understand the commercial drivers of an accounting practice, interpret data and
apply client knowledge when supporting partners with practice management will
be highly desirable.
This role would be well suited to a candidate operating as a
Business/Practice Manager within a smaller professional services environment
and is looking for a step up.
