Your new career

Our two-year Ignite Graduate Program – Technology Stream provides you with the opportunity to experience the many career possibilities that working in a professional services firm offers. You will be exposed to a wide variety of clients and industries sitting within the Digital and Data Services Team.

Your journey will be guided by a dedicated buddy, manager, mentor and graduate program manager and complemented by close interactions with partners and senior staff. You will also be involved in an industry leading learning and development program and receive ongoing technical, personal and professional development opportunities.

As a graduate in Digital and Data Services, you’ll work with clients to solve complex business problems using digital technologies. This team operates at the intersection of business processes, applications, and technology infrastructure – helping organisations plan and deliver digital transformation through strategic advice, system reviews, and implementation support. You’ll be involved in gathering and analysing data, building reports and dashboards in Power BI, and using programming languages like SQL, DAX and M to support your work. You’ll also contribute to client meetings, project check-ins, and requirements gathering – developing both your technical and consulting skills.
