Three steps to respond to security breaches effectively

Extension of Victorian land tax relief measures

The Victorian Government has announced further land tax relief measures, comprising an increased 50% land tax discount for eligible landlords and a new 25% land tax discount for eligible owner-occupiers.

New JobKeeper rules now in effect

On Friday, the Treasurer issued amendments to the Coronavirus Economic Response Package (Payments and Benefits) Rules (the Rules) to give effect to the Government’s earlier announcement that it would extend the employee test date to 1 July 2020.

Superannuation guarantee amnesty concessions ending soon

The superannuation guarantee amnesty gives employers the opportunity to review historical compliance with their superannuation guarantee (SG) obligations and rectify any underpayments or late payments for quarter(s) between 1 July 1992 to 31 March 2018.
