A move for us, a change for you: FAQs

What’s the new address?

From 12 June 2018, you will find our Melbourne CBD office at Level 13, 664 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008.

Note, our South East office is staying put, conveniently located at Level 1, 80 Monash Drive, Dandenong South VIC 3175.

Are Pitcher Partners’ contact details changing?

No, our email addresses, phone numbers and our post-office box address will remain the same.

Will the move take place during business hours?

The move will commence after hours on Friday 8 June, with relocation activities scheduled for completion over the Queen’s Birthday long weekend. The new office will be open for business at 8:00am Tuesday 12 June.

Why is Pitcher Partners relocating?

Our business needs have evolved. Driven by both a desire to provide the best possible service to clients and create an enhanced working environment for our people, it was necessary to relocate.

We have carefully selected a building  with large, connected work spaces to enable teams across the business to interact seamlessly with the help of integrated technology solutions. Located next to Southern Cross Station, and well-serviced by  surrounding infrastructure, the new building creates an exceptional workspace through which Pitcher Partners will deliver the next level of service to our clients.

What parking is available for clients?

There are many private car park options in the Docklands and CBD area as well as on-street metered car parking bays offering one and two hour time limits.

The closest private car park options are:

  • Secure Parking – 664 Collins Street/699 Bourke Street Car Park
  • Secure Parking – 700 Collins Street (entry via Aurora Lane)
  • Etihad Stadium – 740 Bourke Street
  • Wilson Parking – 163 Spencer Street

How do I access the building by public transport?

664 Collins Street is situated next to Southern Cross Station. If you’re arriving at Southern Cross Station via train, simply exit the station into Collins Street. Once out of the station, turn right into Collins Street and enter our building via the foyer.

Most Melbourne-bound tram routes have stops within a short walk to 664 Collins Street, with routes 11 and 48 stopping in front of our building. Tram routes 109, 12 and 96 have stops located on the corner of Spencer and Collins Streets. Tram route 86 stops close to the corner of Spencer and Bourke Streets. Tram routes 35, 70 and 75 have a stop located in Docklands Park in Harbour Esplanade.

Suburban bus routes 232, 235 and 237 also operate via Southern Cross Station.

Are there any facilities for clients at the new building?

Our client floor offers a complementary touchdown business lounge and outdoor terrace. Clients can spend breaks in a comfortable contemporary setting, offering complimentary Wi-Fi, printing facilities, a refresh point, and complimentary tea and coffee.

The building is Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) compliant and entry for clients and guests is via the Collins Street ground level foyer or building carpark, with lift access to our level 13 reception area.
