Clients should be aware of the particular entity providing services to them, which will be identified in correspondence, letters of engagement and other business documents.

The Principals/Partners by whom services may be provided are referred to as “Partners”, “Executive Directors”, “Principals” or other titles, which may be interchangeable, and do not otherwise necessarily imply any particular legal status or significance.
