Chris is Director in the Tax Division at Pitcher Partners Perth. He has over 16 years of business and consulting experience with businesses covering a wide range of industries. Chris previously worked for an accounting practice of which he was a partner for his last 6 years at the firm. In that time he gained experience dealing with small to medium sized businesses covering a wide variety of tax, accounting and general business issues. His client base included various different businesses with a focus on medical, construction and retail.
Chris grew up in Perth and was raised in a family that ran a group of small businesses that were customer based. In that time he worked in the businesses and gained an understanding of what the client would want and would expect and also what was required to run a successful business operation. While completing University he ran a successful retail business for five years and in doing so added to his knowledge gained in his families business. This adding to his years of accounting experience means he has a true understanding of what both business owners experience on a day to day basis as well as what service and advice they require and expect from their professional advisors.
Chris also has been with various sporting clubs including Australian Rules, Golf, Cricket and now at junior sport with his children. He is also a member of the WA fundraising committee for Camp Quality and is always looking to help in any way make the charity more successful.
