Commissions – We believe that any income retained from parties other than the client can have negative implications and that is why we do not retain any commissions under any circumstances.

Choice – The independence of investment advice is under constant scrutiny particularly as more and more financial planners and investment advisors are tied to banks, life offices, fund managers, investment houses, stock brokers, administration platform providers and super funds or the bigger "dealer groups" that are owned by them. We want our clients to be safe in the knowledge that the advice they receive is truly in their best interests and not subject to being influenced by these ties.

Research – Our independent, in-house team of researchers are completely unrestricted from reviewing, assessing and recommending any investments within the whole universe of investment opportunities available to clients. They can assess all investment opportunities on the basis of their risks and returns without obligations to product providers and can make the hard decisions to drop investments when their expected risks and returns no longer stacks up.
