Graduate Program
The graduate program at Pitcher Partners is all about choice – as a graduate you are encouraged to develop your general skills, before choosing to specialise, or to continue to build your general expertise.

Your introduction to Pitcher Partners as a Graduate starts with a week on the Gold Coast, attending our National Graduate Training Program.

Applications for our graduate program open in February each year and close around March/April. All our graduates begin around March after the successful completion of their degree.

Co-operative Program
Our Co-op program is designed for students who have a keen desire to gain practical experience before completing their University degree. The Co-op program begins in February each year and concludes in December. Our Co-ops are given the same opportunities and training and development experiences as our Graduates, including attending the National Graduate Training Program.

At the end of the Co-op program the top performing students may be offered a position with Pitcher Partners upon completion of their degree. In addition to securing a full-time job before graduating, the benefits of joining our Co-op program are often realised when students return to uni to complete their final year of studies and notice they have a practical edge over their class-mates.

Applications for our Co-op program open in July each year.

Vacation Program
The summer vacation program at Pitcher Partners is one of our most popular student programs. Each year over a thousand students in their penultimate year apply to join the firm so they can gain 4-weeks of work-experience during the Uni summer holidays. This program provides students with a wide variety of experiences, including the opportunity to visit a client and undertake practical work with more senior staff members. Vacationers also learn how to use key software packages, get exposure to working in a corporate team and gain experience with time management.

Our Vacation Program has a career development focus. Vacationers undertake a number of technical and soft-skills training sessions, complete a challenging group project, attend a series of career information sessions and are actively involved in a number of networking events. The top performing students during Vacation are often offered a position with the firm as a Graduate upon completion of their degree.

Applications for our Vacation Program open in August each year.

School Work Experience
Pitcher Partners do not have a formal work experience program however we choose to sponsor a number of schools in Victoria and school visits to the firm can be arranged by contacting Hayley Warne 03 8610 5097.
