Our culture of caring for our clients and our people extends to the wider community. Our staff are actively encouraged to participate in charitable events, become involved with community care programs such as the Brotherhood of St Laurence's Breakfast Club and also to support charities such as Onni House.
Pitcher Partners also have a program that allows staff to easily salary sacrifice donations to charities including:
- The Salvation Army
- The Smith Family
- Very Special Kids
- Open Family
- World Vision
- Onni Children's House - Wind of Change International
We also provide a range of pro-bono services for our Not-For-Profit clients.
Olivia speaks about her experience working with one of our 'Not for Profit' clients, for whom we provide services free of charge:
“
I got the opportunity to work for one of our NFP clients. I prepared their accounts, and assisted them with a variety of small, one-off enquiries. I really enjoyed the work and found that I had to use a broad range of skills, as their needs were quite varied. You develop a very close relationship with the client in this type of role.”
