Through the Pitcher Partners Association and Baker Tilly International we are able to offer interstate and international secondment opportunities around the world, including offices throughout Europe, Asia and North America.
- On average we send approx 10 staff each year to various Baker Tilly firms (in 2009 we have staff going to Boston, Vancouver, London and Tokyo to name a few).
- Secondments provide a number of benefits including; enabling staff to experience the culture of living in another city, furthering careers, working with new clients in different industries and socialising with staff at other firms.
- Secondments form part of our Pitcher Partners commitment to provide career development opportunities for staff in addition to learning contracts, in-house technical training, annual conferences, performance reviews etc.
- National secondments are available and follow along similar lines as international secondments, however are often for shorter periods of time and can occur at any time during the year (subject to availability and business/client needs).
