Your new role
Your role will be managing a portfolio of matters, which will include liquidations, receiverships, voluntary administrations and trade-ons, drafting and submitting reports in a timely manner, attending stakeholder meetings, reviewing financial information and conducting financial investigations.
You will also have an opportunity to develop your M&A capabilities whilst leveraging your existing Business Reconstruction and Insolvency skills. You will be working on analysis of target entities in due diligence engagements, preparing due diligence reports, preparation of IM's and analysis for divestments, and financial modelling.
What you bring
You will have CA and ARITA qualifications, with at least 5 years' experience in insolvency. You are known for possessing a proactive, outcome focused approach and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Already armed with strong technical knowledge, you are able to prioritise tasks and effectively manage conflicting deadlines.
As a leader you are ambitious, act with integrity and can influence and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
