Graduate Program
It’s more than just numbers...
It’s a great place to work
Working within the friendly atmosphere and team based environment at Pitcher Partners allows for a smooth transition from university to working life. As a Graduate, you will receive plenty of guidance on how the firm operates from your colleagues and you will find, probably from day 1, that our staff are happy, flexible in their approach and everyone has an open-door policy. Of course there are regular social events which means ample opportunity to meet with people throughout the firm and further assist in your transition into your new career.
Graduates at Pitcher Partners experience the opportunity of a ‘no typical day’ career – because from an early stage, our accountants have responsibility, autonomy and client contact. Our Graduates relish the many benefits to working within the ‘middle market’, where they get to know their client and their client’s business.
The Graduate Program at Pitcher Partners is all about choice – as a graduate you will be initially designated to a team based on your preference at the initial interview stage. However, we may encourage you to develop your general as well as your specialist skills, and arrange rotations to occur between service lines so you can appropriately decide which team is best suited to you.
Your introduction to Pitcher Partners as a Graduate starts with a comprehensive induction program including four days on the Gold Coast, attending our National Graduate Training Program.
Pitcher Partners would like to congratulate all the students selected for our 2012 Graduate Program.
Summer Vacation Program
The summer vacation program at Pitcher Partners is a great way for penultimate year students to gain an insight into a variety of accounting career paths before they graduate.
We offer two programs over the university summer break, each program containing a four weeks of work experience, where students will work within our teams, to get to know our people, gain valuable technical insight and apply the knowledge learnt at university in a practical, client-focussed environment.
