Due diligence

Investigating Accountants' Reports

Pitcher Partners have a great deal of experience working for public companies and have acted as Investigating Accountants in the initial public offering for listing of companies on the ASX and AIM markets, and the restructuring of their operations to achieve the appropriate shift from private to public ownership.
