Pitcher Partners in the Community

The Pitcher Partners’ culture is to care for our staff, clients and community. Here are some of the ways we look after the communities in which we operate.

Omni Children's House

Wind of Change International (WoC) is a not-for-profit incorporated association based in Melbourne with the vision of providing opportunities for disadvantaged individuals and groups to enhance their quality of life and improve their options to provide a better future for themselves, whilst being a positive agent of change within their communities.

In partnership with Namaste Children’s House (NCH), a multi denominational non profit social organisation, a home has been provided to approximately 12-15 children with the view to expanding to 40 children in 3 years time.  The home is located in Pokhara, Nepal.

Pitcher Partners Melbourne committed to providing:

  • half the start up costs of the house
  • ongoing funding over the next five years in conjunction with employee contributions that will be matched dollar for dollar by the firm.

Day of Difference

The Day of Difference Foundation is a children's charity founded in November 2004 by the parents of Sophie Delezio who suffered unimaginable burns to 85% of her body in a terrible accident at her child care centre in Sydney.

The Foundation's mission is to make a difference to the lives of critically injured kids and their families by supporting them on their journey from emergency to recovery. It is committed to:

  • Raising funds for medical research into burns and skin technology
  • Providing hospitals with equipment and facilities to save children’s lives
  • Providing support services to critically injured children and their families
  • Advocating for the safety of children to prevent injuries
  • Educating the community on acceptance of children who are different

Pitcher Partners Sydney is proud to be supporting the Day of Difference Foundation in their pursuit to make a difference in the community.
