Succession Planning

Having adaptable and flexible options for succession are critical. Critical features include an independent team, good systems and processes, ownership of key product lines, and no dependency on a single agency. Business supports simpler financial reporting

'Removing clutter from financial reporting would have no negative impact on its value, according to more than three-quarters (78%) of UK businesses. A Baker Tilly survey of 291 enterprises showed most are concerned with reducing the reporting burden all round, with almost 60% not in favour of auditors providing additional commentary on accounts...' Read the rest of the article here.

Pitcher Partners RPM at the 2012 CEO Summit

Pitcher Partners, reperesentated by the RPM group, was a major sponsor of the CEO Summit held at the Sydney Convention Centre on Wednesday 25 January. The theme of this year's event was Innovation, Collaboration and Change.
